My husband got his greencard before i could file my application after coming to US. tht's how i have invalid H4 status .
so can i still file my application staying at US or do i have to go back to home country and then do the consular processing?. Which way is safe that would save me from considering from fraudulently entering US and how much time will it take for me to get a GC or the Adjustment of status?
