how to find employer sponsorship?

Hi all!, I am a Canadian who is wishing to immigrate to the states. I have 2yrs college diploma in Executive Office Administration, and have recently gone back to college again, will graduate in April 03 with Medical Office Administration. I have 10 yrs working in management. Questions: 1. What is the best route for me to take? 2. How do I find someone to sponsor me? 3. What are my chances?

You need to apply at different job web sites, or consulting firms who can help you get a job and also process your work visa.
It shouldnt be a problem.
Mostly you can search at sites like dice.com or HOTJOBS. COM or Monster.com
I guess this could be a way out.
