  • Renewal of Advance Parole

My first AP has expired and my AOS interview will be in about 6 months.

    Can I re-apply for a new AP?
How long does it take to get it?

Yes you can apply for AP. It usually takes about 1 - 2 months or even less, depending upon location of Immigration office.
        Good luck.

Carol, how do you know you'll be interviewed within a 6-months time period?

I know that my interview is gonna be in about 6 months because where I live it takes about 18 months to be interviewed, and it has been a year since I applied for AOS.
