  • NEED HELP

    The inmate is a permanent resident in the U.S. He has lived in the U.S since an infant. INS has a hold on inmate for violation of probation. The inmate was not charge with new charges. After inmate serves his setence he will be deported to Mexico. Can inmate get a waiver to remove the hold. Please help. He is a father of two children. Thank you

        Is this the same "inmate" who was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter? This is someone we want in the US???

          If children are born USC and your husband has been paying Taxes regularly, then he can take chance of getting a waiver. You will really need a good Immigration Attorney, who specializes in these type of cases.
