Can anyone tell me in simple english exactly what is required as far as documentation goes for a Canadian to obtain a TN visa. Also I am an employer who is hiring the Canadian in a management consulting position. We are very good friends and he plans to live in my house while he is here. Would the Canadian be required to maintain a Canadian residence? Is a SSN required for the Canadian? Is it legal to hire a Canadian with a TN visa on a contract basis? Any and all help would be apreciated.
