I applied for an L1 visa. It seems that the subsidiary company meets all the qualifying requirements, but the office, where the company address registered is a residential property. The subsidiary has no emplyees (yet), and that residential property is fairly enough to do the business (web development) to start. Can it be a reason to deny my L1 petition?
