I was denied entry based on 212(a)(7)(B). I've entered U.S. before on B1 visa, except this time I asked to stay for a longer period of time (2 month). Is it okay to try to enter U.S. again on the same visa (because I just want to go hire someone to run the business for me since I'm not allowed to do so), or should I file for another visa?
