EAD renewal (I-485 step) at VSC.

I filed for EAD renewal in December 2002. VSC' online tracking now says: "On February 5, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready". Does anyone know how long does it take VSC to make an EAD? Thanks in advance.
