Hi I have a L1 visa wich was renew last year I still have one year until the time to renew it again but my company is having a real bad time and I have been thinking in change my company to another but I will like to know if I can do that and wath are the rules and what i have to do ?thanks

Sure, you can change to another company, but you will need an H-1B.
