TERMINATION OF PROCEDURE

married to an USC with i130 filed after an NTA issued result of registration my question is if is it possible for lawer to ask termination or closing the removal procedure before I130 interview if not when he could do that.

Your attorney can apprise the Immigration Judge about this situation and ask for another date which is usually about 4 - 6 months. In case, by next date petition is not approved then attorney can request for another date.
