they're not just making it up; they had forms like that for years, it used to be that you had to write a essay for naturalization "a letter of intent" explaining why you wanted to become a citizen, biographic information, how you met etc. these forms and questions always existed. they should all come back that will immediatly expose all the frauds!

Has anyone ever had to fill this report out, my brother-in-law received this at the Embassy last week? It has 15 questions on it and it doesn't have a form number. Doesn't make sense that they can make up an a crazy form, on one of the questions it ask "What would you do you if never can see your spouse again? I thought that question was pretty tough to answer. Any thoughts on this.
