Mohan,"WHAT CONSTITUTES GREAT HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS?"

I am an Asylee and filed for my spouse and kids in November,but I am worried that it takes long before they process the papers as the situation in my country is getting worse.The Nebraska centre says they can expedite the processing if it qualifies as of great humanitarian concern.I have a letter from my wife's Doctor saying she is suffering from stress due to the pressures of having to do without me .But the letter does not mention the political forces affecting her of which this is the main reason I want her uplifted quickly because she is being denied food,being harassed as a member of the opposition political party.However there is a lot of evidence in the press regarding the starving of opponents in my country and I think no doctor can write this as it is very risk.Do you think with this letter mentioning my wife's suffering from depression etc is enough to qualify my case as of great humanitarian concern?
