Has anybody ever withdrawn an application to adjust status and gone to the foriegn country embassy to get a petition for relative?
I am having problems with my I-485 petition. I'm thinking to withdraw my application for my wife and go to her country and file for her there.
Anybody have thoughts or experience with that?
