Just to give you an update, I went to the San Francisco BCIS office to renew my EAD, the case is still pending and I was told that it will take more than 1 year for the decision. I will keep you posted.

          Borsh,

why do you have to submitt one too ???
I am working on one too because the INS tink that I misrepresented the statut of my husband when I applied for a visa to come here.
it's kind of a hard waiver...but good luck

I was told to by my lawyer's office that SF office takes about 6 months to a year, that's by previous experience. LAX takes about more than a year to 3 years, therefore it varies in different BCIS office. I am hoping to get an answer sooner, but
with all what's going on, I am also expecting for delays.

The waiver was filed on October 31, 2002.

There were several postings regarding this waiver that included lots of pointers on how to prepare it. If you want some information on why I was required to file a waiver, drop me an e-mail at
              blessed_one1@hotmail.com.

              God bless everyone.

Spouse, I have been watching the board the whole time. It's nice that you keep us posted
