Anyone has experience with the lawyer??? HELP!

My husband is younger than me and doesn't have much society experience. I'm afraid of facing the INS again since my I-485 got denied once already. I'd like to hire an attorney, but need some advice from anyone who has the experience before. HELP!

It's a long story...INS guy told me that I could use my income and just needed to send in my employement paper (wrong info. I am not even qualified to fill out the aviddavit of support.) ...well, one month after I sent in my employment paper, he denied my I-485. Said I did not fill out the Aveddavit of Support (he did not say to do so.)
