you cannot apply for a waiver until you are deemed qualified in every respect for the visa you are seeking...and , in the case of a tourist, business or student visa, no one is going to believe that you will leave the US when you say, and not work illegally, thus, you will never overcome that section called 214b, because you are nothing but a lowlife liar. And the embassy's records will preserve that fact for years.....try telling the truth some day....it might be refreshing (and a new skill for you to learn)

I hope not the one that lists who relatives are in nationals country. Their names, addresses, dates of birth, and phone numbers.

Employers all these questions are on the forms. If the form, which is one maximum 2 pages is destroyed then how can such information ever be verified?
