  • another question for umesh

Hi umesh thanks for responding, I have another question for you. Can I be deported for not declaring my son or worse take away my citizenship? I don't know I think I am just paranoid, what do you think?

No you cannot be deported neither will they revoke your Citizenship. A friend of mine made the same mistake but nothing happened to him. but his wife got in problems when she wanted to adjusted her satus via her mariage to him. It took her years before she was granted a green card.
but you need to explain to the ins why this happened.
      good luck to you.

Nothing will happen to your Citizenship. It is an innocent mistake for which you have a reason to hide from your husband. Your son will also come here soon.
God bless you and good luck.
