Rahi, maybe I am misunderstanding your question, but... you can't go straight from H1 to becoming a US Citizen first. First, you need to become a permanent resident.
If you are applying to become a PR, and if you and your spouse have been living together for at least 6 months, you can count both your incomes.

So as you are saying that if I can use only my assets, what if those are not sufficient than do I need another sponsor? please advice me that if my wife found a job but howmuch she should be making to be my sponsor.

My wife, a USC is sponpsoring me for naturalization, she does not have income right now. I m an H1 employee, we have filed last three tax jointly. We donot find any other cosponsor, can I be a cosponsor in my wife's sponsorship petition and can I filed I-864A along with her affidavit I-864. Please provide your suggestion what else we should do. I ll appreciate.
