I-751 @ VSC

Can any body please tell me why VSC is processing I-751 really slow. I applied in December 2001 and still no answer other than notice of action. For the past few months it is showing 12/1/2001 under processing times at VSC. I would really appreciate any answers. Thank you.

I guess INS (BCIS) @ vermont center needs to be sued!!!
