Just read archives and saw that a nurse had I140 refused . She had CA lisence like me and I140 filed in vermont like me. it was refused she said because her sponsor is not in CA. My sponsor is a travel nurse agency, think it'll be ok?? aahhhh

You need to be licensed in the state where you will work. If not, you need to show that you are taking steps to become licensed there.
