  • Married LPR but Out of Status and wanna go to College

Working while out of status is illegal even when married to LPR.

    What about going to College?
Since I am gonna stay here for few year out of status and wait for my spouse to be a USC, I cannot work legally.

Is there any way that I could go to College, so I dont waist all that time ?

Do Colleges check if you are out of status or not?

why are you so willing to continue to violate our laws, yet want people to "help" you?
Why don't you just obey our rules?

Put all the criminals and terrorists in jail first and then I will leave the Country.

so, you are comparing yourself with those criminals like when they can do that so why not you, right? Why you should be allowed to remain in this country when you already has no respect to the laws of this nation and it has also been proven that you will not in future because you will give yr justification being comparing with others criminals. go back, we don't need you here.

if you come here illegally or overstayed here, that's make you law breaker regardless why you break it because law is made for yr purpose of need while it is made to protect this nation from this kind of activitity.Hell, yeah you will be considered as a criminal once you broke this nation's constituion, but not a terrorists.don't justify yr act with others, if someone sucides, would you? if others are doing then you can not justify yourself, and moreover for your own purpose of having a decent life/money.

If you or one of your family member was in an accident or disaster and an illegal immigrant would be the only one at that time to save your life, what would you do?

                Turn him to the INS?

Alot of illegal immigrants work and help build the American economy. However it does not justify the fact that they broke a non-violent law. The are not terriosts, they are human beings with families trying to reach the American dream.

If anyone's to blame its the system. Embassies selling visas, while the borders go unchecked.

accidents and who may come to the rescue does not address the issue - the continuing violation of our laws and your whining request for some way to remain legally in the US while admitting you don't really care about any other laws except one (if it exists) that lets you do what you want....well, sorry, this is the real world.
You are not Mother Teresa, you cannot walk on water, I don't see you listening to a scanner everyday and run to the scene of an accident to "rescue" someone so you can make a case to the public to remain in the US, you are probably working illegally, perhaps with a phoney SS card or you just plain lied to some employer about your citizenship or status, you probably don't have car insurance so if you get into a wreck, after you rescue yourself, then who is going to pay the bills for repairs and hospitals? You? How?
In the meantime, you somehow feel you are "entitled" to stay here in complete and total violation of our laws, the laws of the United States of America, and while you think you are someone special, the bottom line is if you are such a "wonderful" person, then why not go back to whatever country you came from and work to make that country a better place to live in?
Most likely because you have neither the courage nor intellectual capacity or motivation to do so. Instead, you would rather whine to anyone who cares to listen about how unfair things are for you....and gee, "isn't there some loophole that I could use to continue living in the US".....scrape together some money and buy an airline ticket back to wherever you came from...
