Legal Consultant: How To Go For It

can anyone help me find the regulations existing for the state of tennessee? i cannot afford a lawyer and i am considering using a consultant. however, i want to make sure that i will somehow be covered- i do not wish to part with my hard-earned dough with someone who might just run with it! i tried looking it up in the library (unauthorized practice of law) but i did'nt find anything remotly reffering to it. any help or suggestions on where i could find it will be appreciated. THANKS

SO you guys are saying that studying 7 years to become a lawyer is unnecessary and all that lawyers do is take money for filling out forms and lying and cheating to their clients?

I went to some not-for-profit legal consultants that supposedly did not charge anything (they did charge!) for completing the forms and they were low-quality consultants...can anyone recommend a credible immigration consultant (for-profit) in New York City?

They pretend they care, promise and keep telling you good words, but, on the other hand, they don't. Stay clear of lawyers, people!

I think when you go to talk to a lawyer, you should be in the mindset you'd had if you'd be talking with the most-wanted criminal, be him a murderer, a rapist, or a terrorist.
