My friend needs some help Please:
My friend is now Citizen, he file I-485 for his children while they were under 21 years of age, in 2000.
Recently he consulated an Attorney who suggested to file a suit against the BCIS/INS, for haresment/tentions, misleading information by the staff,loss of time and money.
Please any input on this matter, or experience in this kind of case.
