They have to send these documents to Consular Post in Canada because you are living in Canada. K-3 interview will be held in Canada.

Guest repliedMarried USC husband in Florida in 1997 while on GC. Lost GC status when in Canada for over a year for personal reasons and USC husband had to reapply for I-130 and 129F for K-3. Husband returned to FL and I am still in Canada. Notice received from NVC that documentation would be sent to consulate in country where we were married. However, they stated this would be sent to Montreal Canada. Why would they send it there
