hi,easy_cspa,today i called the nvc ,and told them
about my daughter got rejected in consulate,and told them that i had paid the fees in nvc to my daughter,and nvc has included my daughter name,then how this consulate can reject my daughter ,for that they told me that it is not there work to decide who is eligible or not,they just simply send all names of family members,
i asked about retention of priority for that they
just read the dos cable paragrah,i asked them how it works,they just said we dont know,if nvc is not decideding the eligibility,why they are collecting the fees ,i want fax number and address
