I was finger printed by INS mroe than one year ago. and my case is still pending.
what should I do to be finger printed again? should I ask INS to contact me? or I should go to them and ask for an appointment.

You can go to Immigration Office and enquire about status of your case. Whenever, Immigration will schedule your inverview prior to that they will schedule your finger printing.
