im expecting a baby with my illegal boyfriend should i have him sign the birth certificate cause we are getting married in the future will that hurt his chances of becoming legal if he signs it?

I couldn't imagine why.... in fact I would imagine that it might even help him at some point if he has to apply for a waiver. Meaning that he can show documentation that he has a child.

What if it was you who were illegal and having your USC boyfriend's baby, would you really consider putting your own name on the child's baby paper?
