My company filed for LC in the state of Maine and they already received an approved LC.
Do they need to submit any corporate tax returns for I-140 if the GC process started in January of this year and the year 2003 has not ended ?
How will BCIS determine an ability to pay a prevailing wage if no corporate tax returns can be submited right now ????????
