hi i wonder if anybody could me.
my husband came over on i-94vwp he overstayed and we have now been married 12 months.
can we still send in all the forms or will there be a problem because he overstayed.

I came to US on vwp 8 years ago. I've been married to USC for 4 years and filing papers in a few weeks. If you are a USC and the marriage is 'legit' and you have all the evidence the INS requires, I don't see a problem. I'm not concerned about it in my case.
