Does anyone on this board have any experience applying for a waiver of inadmissibility due to coming to the US and applying for Adjustment of Status after marriage to a US Citizen?
I got married to my husband (a real marriage), went on my honeymoon, and came with him to the US with my visitor's visa.
Because we applied for the AOS after only one month of being here, I was told the immigration officer may think that I came to the US with the intent to overstay.
I am going to consult with a lawyer, but any PERSONAL experiences would be VERY HELPFUL!!!
