I am a LPN ( licenced Practical Nurse). I have 10 years experience in this country.My present Immigration status is CSS applicant (Late Amnesty)
To prove my CSS case i have to show that i am staying in this country since 1981.I do not have enough proof. If my employer sponcer me can i get Green card? Or do i proceed through My CSS application?

IF you don't have CSS proof your application is not approvable. In your employment basis you can get approval OF I-140 but you are deportable.
