245(i)-Big question

my boyfriend spoke to a lawyer and he said 245i has been approved by Bush and all the other people who have to approve it....but they are only waiting for INS to choose a date to enact it with new regulations. The lawyer says they are backlogged right now. He also says it probably will come into effect in january to march sometime. is this true????

currently nothing is happening on i245.Your attorney is just trying to get money out of you by telling false possitive things to you.
Be careful do'nt spend any money ,when it will pass it will be a big news all over so hang on.
