The proposed sentence and fine seems sort of weak to me considering the charges. I hope the FBI stays focused on catching the real bad guys in this country and stops messing around with speculative, minor c.rap.

Well, the FBI has a wide range of responsibilities, but sentencing is not one of them. That is the fault of Congress.
