I-485 approval from CSC

Gentlemen,

Its frustrating to WAIT beyond the required time and i still dont see any 485 approvals from CSC.I would very much appreciate if you can please throw some light on whats happening and when can things happen. Whay are they slow and why are not they talking about it.
