I have a green card and filed for naturlization last July. In January 1999 I filed an form 130 for my 28 yr old son to move to usa ( category 2B) HE lives in England at present.
He has now fallen in love with a Canadian girl ( who was born in Philipines but is a Canadian citizen)and has a baby on the way. He wants to marry. If he does before we naturalize he will lose his application. If he waits until we are US citizens should he then come to USA as category 1 (unmarried son of us citizen) Then try and get his fiancee into US from Canada at a later date. Or should he get married and have another long wait for catefory 3.
What is your advice.
