  • MASS Deportation of MUSLIMS? Who is effected specifically by this? MOHAN, SURESH, LINDA, please answer.

I have read articles of MASS deportation of muslims some 13000 plus. Are all these the ones that registered with INS and were given NTA? So 13000 NTAs were issued or are they just going through the files of registered muslims and deporting them? Anyone know someone personally who is in this situation?

    Thank you.

There is no reason to suspect any foulplay here. The US government can (and MUST) deport any alien who violates the law and/or is a security risk regardless of their religion.

The normal practice is to detain the aliens who are exhausted and no sort of relief is available for them, INS sort the aliens as per their country and when number si high service talk to the respective countrys govt and arange the deportation,( put them in one plane and sent to their country). it was done for pakistan, phillipine, guyana, trinidad, etc and its on going process for all the other countries.
its not based on religion but by the country.

No one is affected unless you are in deportation proceeding without any hope for relief.

so this is mean whoever went for registration they are in trouble. and what about those illigal aliens from other country ? Seems like They are the lucky ones.

not necessarily, who went for registration their deportation proceedings just started.there are many steps further before Service actually deport them. Hearing, motion to reopen /reconsider, appeal, circuit court, supreme court etc and when finally alien is exhausted and there are no sort of relief available to him then he will be detained if caught, and then all the gathering for his inmates from the same country and when number of alien will be enough to fill one plane then actual deportature.
Its a discussion, not a legal advise..
