While using Microsoft account to sign into Windows, users can find out mail app which is already populated with Outlook emails. To know how to sync Gmail on phone and laptop then start by opening mail app from start menu and tap to cog icon. Check out to manage account options on the right, tap to it and choose to manage account option which is followed by add account.
