Floor Tile Removal

I have a job coming up soon to tile 40sq mtrs of floor (concrete) but I have to remove the old tiles first tile removal washington dc. Has anyone ever used any specialist/power tools to do this ? I have seen a tool advertised in HSS with a wide blade fitted to a pneumatic type of drill has anyone ever used one of these. I have a DIY heavy duty drill will pneumatic hammer action and a 1 inch wide bladed tool. Will this do the job. ??
