We are aware that an AR11, Change of Address form is required of any alien after they move. The form states that failure to do so can result in revocation of Green Card priveleges. Is anyone on this baord aware of an alien who did lose their status in the USA, as a consequences of not filing AR 11? And what was the outcome?

There have only been a few cases where deportations were issued for not filing an AR-11. They actually did this for the first time a few years ago (post 9-11) and up until that time it was not enforced at all.
That being said - filing the AR-11 is the law and not doing so 'could' result in loss of status.
