Thanks BronzelLady for your response.I have filed my papers with Dallas District office.I will see that I have A.P before I travel.I want to know whether it is possible to get finger prints appointment within couple of months from now. and what will happen if BCIS send me appointment for finger prints during my absence from U.S.

If you missed your appointment you can try to go to the District office and get a new one but if they don't give it to you (each district is different) the officer will give you a new appt at your interview.
