  • Desperate to Find the Right Revision Rhinoplasty Surgeon

Can anyone recommend a surgeon for a third rhinoplasty? After my first best rhinoplasty surgeon I was very happy, but about a year later, I developed a protrusion of cartilage at my tip (called a bossae). All I wanted was to have the protrusion fixed and to look the same. The surgeon who tried to fix it placed something called enduragen allograft in the tip. It made my nose tip wider, larger, longer, and drooped. I am a female and I get called “Sir” when I go out now. I am devastated and don’t know who I can trust to fix this. I have gotten completely different opinions ranging from “easy peasy, can fix you up in 2 hours” to being told I need a total tip reconstruction which entails a 6-7 hour surgery with no guarantees, and the possibility of looking worse and/or infection and skin necrosis. Has anyone been in a similar situation and had a good outcome? Please help!!
