you should file the form that goes with your circumstances, these are filed in conjunction with another form, this form should tell you what you need to file. Check the INS website and read what it says about the forms.

use g325A not g325

G-325 and G-325A are identical. Earlier G-325 used to be in duplicate. Now G-325A is in quadruplicate.
If you print from the internet then you can make 3 copies first and then sign.

The Form uses only the term APPLICANT, yet it is required of the petitioner also. Should the bottom box contain the name of the petitioner, the applicant or left blank?
