You have a few options if JetBlue cancels your flight for whatever reason:
  • Take advantage of a JetBlue Travel Bank Credit.
  • Take the next flight without paying any further fees.
  • If your flight cannot be rescheduled within two hours, you will be given a full refund.


You are eligible to compensation if JetBlue cancel your flight less than four hours before the scheduled departure time. If the flight is cancelled less than 4 hours before takeoff, the compensation is $50; if the trip is cancelled after the scheduled departure time, the reimbursement is $100.
