What kind of toy to buy for a 7-year-old child?

We are going on holiday to the sea and I would like to buy some sort of board game. It needs to be a toy that is preferably educational. What do you recommend?

Hi. I actually understand the reason why you are having trouble choosing a toy for your child. There are so many different toys these days and it is incredibly difficult to choose among all of them, because you can't know for sure if your child will like this or that toy. Fortunately, recently I was lucky enough to come across a metal fusion beyblade. As for me, it is a universal gift, which will be glad both a boy and a girl. I hope my answer helps you!
