questions re: forms

Hi guys!!!! I just want to double check your opinions on our forms and make sure that we have everything right.

We already have our I-130 approved. A copy of that has been included in our petition.

The other forms that we are submitting at or before our interview are the:

DS-230
I-601

We will also bring copies of the I-212 and the G-325 just in case.

Is there anything else that you think we are forgetting?

Whoops sorry - we are also submitting the I-864 (of course!!!)

WHAT'S DS-230 ?

Thanks for the best wishes... I am definitely hoping for the best (although I know I should prepare for the worst in this case.)

The DS-230 is from the department of state it is an application for immigration (I don't have the actual title with me at the moment, but that is the gist.)

So do these sound like the right forms or do you think that I am forgetting anything?

I believe you need I-864A too. Service still ask you for Joint tax return/account/property/others.

Thanks mohan. I am filing the I-864 and my father is also filing one as my co-sponsor, but I do not think I actually need the I-864A as there is no-one in my household with whom I share property etc.

But it is definitely a good thing to look into.

Don't you think your co-sponser has to fill this form? check with the lawyer.

I will double check, but I think he also has to do an I-864 as all of his assets are separate from mine.
