The reason I ended up in Fb Jail was the same every time: Facebook mistook me for a spammer.

I copied and pasted my blog post promotions into each Facebook group. I wrote so quickly in Facebook groups that Facebook accused me of spamming.

I repeated the same subject far too many times.

I couldn't believe I'd ended up in Facebook Jail! A spammer, in my opinion, is someone who tries to sell their products or services too frequently and too forcefully. I never considered that pushing stuff too strongly could be considered spam.

Having a Facebook Business Page is one technique to prevent being perceived as a spammer or over-promoter.
