  • Vitamin A Supplements

I read up on vitamin A after someone told me accutane is basically vitamin A on steroids, and people seemingly agree with it helping their skin! Now, for the past three days I been taking vitamin A pills, just regular Nature Made ones (8000 IU if it also matters) and I noticed a couple cysts forming. Then again, I do have PCOS and am getting my period in a week but is there such a thing as purging from vitamin A pills? I know the a few medications do the whole "gets worse before it gets better" so is that also possible with vitamin A pills? Also, if anyone else is taking vitamin A or any other off the counter supplements for PCOS/hormonal acne, I'd love to hear about that too!

You know that vitamin A is safe if consumed in the proper amount. The problem with this vitamin, unlike vitamin C, is that the excess can not be expelled from the body by urination. Suppose you need to buy it now. Go URL here.
