Cancelation of Removal Order after approved I-130 for someone that came to USA without inspection

This forum isn't very active. Immigrate2US.net forums have more cases involving removal and stuff, the people there may be more familiar with that.

which strongly suggests that NO ONE CARES! I know I don't! Many other patriotic Americans just like me see no need to reward those who have thumbed their illegal noses at our laws, no matter what idiot they may marry. We are a nation of laws, something that border jumpers fail to acknowledge...so....ship their irresponsible behinds back from whence they came.....I'll even drive the bus.

Hello to All !

Wife entered US without inspection in Sept. 2000. Applied for I-589 on Aug, 2001 shortly after EWI via Canada (Canada issued to her Acknowledgement of Convention of Refugee Claim issued by Canadian
Border Immigration Service). Case denied then 02/2006 appeal was denied. Decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals
60 days to voluntary departure. Did not depart. Got on married on 04/2005 to G/C holder. In 2010 husband became US Citizen. In 2016 applied fro Adjustment of Status . I-130 approved, I-485 denied due to outsdanding Removal Order. Case in Newark. Looking for any suggestions as to what can be done ASAP. Any help greatly appreciated !

The 10-year ban is over, but you still have a removal order. Need to get your lawyer to try to reopen that removal proceedings and try to get that removal order terminated.
