What law was there to break? There were no 3 and 10 year bar. Welfare and food stamps weren't created for people of colour - it was created for ------- (need I say no more).
You a right, after your "people" came and stole to land from the indians, they started making laws so no one else will steal it back from them.
You didn't want my ancestors here either (by the way, I am black and american), thus came the stringent "LAWS". Give me a break!
