When did NJ hit April 30/2001 for RIR/LC? 3-mo ago? 6-mo ago?

Has anyone been calling the Alien LC phone # for the past few months? Does anyone know when NJ hit the April 30/2001 date for Reduction in Recruitment for Labour Certificate?

Here's what I've been told:
Aug/01 processing early Apr/01 (still normal)
Dec/01 processing Apr 24/01
Mar/02 processing Apr 26/01
Dec/02 processing Apr 30/01
